SHIPPING TIME 

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery times are typically 7-14  business days for domestic orders .

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
