EXCHANGE POLICY

Here’s What You Need to Know About Our Exchange Policy 🙂

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Grayace allows exchanges for unused and undamaged products within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item will only be eligible for exchange if you have received the wrong size.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
  • The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team from the ”Place an exchange request” section within 3 days. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

EXCHANGE APPROVAL

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund. Refund will be issued in 2-3 days.
  • We do not accept exchanges on final sale or clearance items.
